- Prepare letters, email correspondences, trips and any other personal requests for executives.
- Coordinate with the legal advisor in reviewing & registering all the company General Assembly and BOD Minutes
of Meeting in the Commercial Register.
- Responsible for all the company's legal archive (AOAs, Commercial Circulars, Certificates, etc..) and company's
agreements (SHAs/MOUs/NDAs, etc..) in soft and hard copies.
- Maintaining & updating a record of ownership structures (each company shareholders/No. of shares/BOD).
- Coordinate with the accounting team regarding all documents and auditor's reports needed for
registering/updating the legal documents of companies in Commercial Registry & MOF.
- Facilitate the issuance of Commercial Certificates and Non-Bankruptcy Certificates from the Commercial
Registry.
- Facilitate the issuance of the real estate certificates for Unigaz owned Real Estate companies.
- Coordinating with the Group agents in BVI and Seychelles regarding our foreign company’s documents.
- Facilitate the issuance of the personal & corporate proxies, power of attorneys & coordinating with the notary
public for attestation.
- Facilitate the issuance of NSSF Clearance needed for all Group companies.
- Responsible for Embassies & Consulates needed attestations.
- Create, negotiate & maintain Personal health Insurance.
- Create, negotiate & maintain Car Insurance (Corporate & Personal for partners).
- Follow up & maintain Group property insurances.
- Responsible for office rent contracts.
- Responsible for office couriers trips, security guards & receptionists and maintenance team.
- Taking Minutes of Meeting.
- Control attendance report.
