o Collect sales records & trends and evaluate performance measured against sales quotas.
o Analyze sales and performance records; interpret results of overall sales (productivity & distribution reports).
o Co-ordinate sales reporting and forecasting process for all sales channels
o Communicate sales reporting and sales forecasting to the Management
o Work with forecasting by providing them with the necessary information for short and long-range forecast
o Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
o Responsible for handling presentations and statistics.
o Assist staff with administrative duties as requested.
o Handling reservations regarding any upcoming meetings & guests.

o Preparing vouchers.
o Simple entries related to the bank and treasury.
o Processing payroll monthly.
o Helping the HR manager in auditing payroll.
o Interviewing shortlisted candidates .

o Respond promptly to customer inquiries

o Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
