Position of Cairo Sales Manager (Arab Dairy Company
- Set the sales plan in-terms of coverage, distribution, volume, merchandising & operation cost management..
- Responsible for related administrative work in terms of “ Accounting, shipment & warehousing ”
- Responsible for training developing & evaluating the sales supervisors
• Distribute all sales targets between section mangers to achieve the major plan of the company.
• Placing the training plan for section mangers.
• Distribute all sales targets between supervisor retail to achieve the major plan of the company.
• Following the training plan for supervisor retail.
• Push the team members (section mangers and supervisor retail) to increase the sales target.
• Following and supervision for the customer service.
• Training supervisor collection to do their optimum work
