JOB PROFILE & MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Monitor and lead an accounting staff consisted by 1 chief accountant, 1 senior accountant and 3 accountants;
• Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department
• Preparing and following up the target schedule of all sales team after taking their sales report and the company’s annual sales target by brand into consideration;
• Providing the top management with weekly cash flow statements and bank positions as well as expected receivables to be collected;
• Maintain the relationship and the follow up of all suppliers files and payments;
• Preparing the needed purchasing reports of the big supermarkets (Spinney’s, Carrefour, Charcutier Aoun, Fahed, …) with the needed analysis to adjust the annual contract conditions that may affect the profitability of the company;
• Following up with all the banks and providing them with all needed data;
• Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
• Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
• Supervise the general ledger group to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met;
• Preparing all financial reports on Monthly Basis( P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash flow)
• Control the preparation of all kind of taxes and related reports (NSSF, VAT, Tax on salaries, Income tax).

JOB PROFILE & MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements;
• Providing and interpreting financial information;
• Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends;
• Controlling income, cash flow and expenditure
• Analyzing change and advising accordingly;
• Formulating strategic and long-term business plans;

• Ensures credibility of Finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts.
• Evaluates and advises on the impact of long range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies and regulatory action;
• Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities;
• Managing and directing all aspects of the company's financial accounting functions, monitoring and reporting systems;
• Leading year end closing and trial balance and liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out;
• Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers, clients, suppliers
• Oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes with managing all needed documents and taxes declared;
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly fiscal and NSSF declarations, complaint with MOF.
• Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines;
• Evaluate data pertaining to costs in order to plan and managing budgets;
• Arranging new sources of finance for a company's debt facilities;
• Supervising staff and optimizing team productivity;
• Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation
