I'm an Interior Designer holding a Masters Degree in Business Management. I have been working as an assistant manager and quality control representative in the Dental Division at Clemenceau Medical Center.
As a Quality Control Representative, I was responsible for doing Internal audits, updating policies and procedures, complaint and incident forms, Setting the firm's objective and ensuring that all procedures and documentations are on the right track, following with patient's and customer's complaints and ensuring a high satisfaction rate between both customers and employees. As an assistant manager, I was responsible for accounting tasks, suppliers and patient follow up, answering inquires and others.
Previously, I worked as a sales representative in a furniture showroom that gave me the ability to understand customers' needs and the appropriate ways to deal with them.
