I was responsible to handle a project with UNICEF with the Syrian refugees in the north, I was responsible for a budget and a staff to achieve the project and to give the psychosocial support
Maliks Bookshop Company provides thousands of items ranging from books, to magazines, to office supplies. During my job in Maliks in the accounting and Customer service department I was responsible for:
• Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.
• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
• Calculates and prepares reimbursement billings and tracks receivables; reconciles monthly accounts receivable.
• Conducts cost studies and implements cost allocation plans.
• Supervise customer services and respond to customer inquiries through phone and email.
• Provides customer additional information or explainsservices
Salameh Services is chain of seven Western Union branches in Lebanon; In addition to money transfer Salameh Services deals with insurance policies, Liban post, selling and recharge mobiles. I was responsible for:
• Entering data concerning purchasing and sales and credits invoices.
• Handle various bookkeeping duties.
• Transfer and receive money through Western Union.
• Selling mobiles and recharges
