• PEB Design of Steel Structure.
• Civil Work Design and Calculation.
• Support Operation Management Team
• Follow up Sites and Technical Team0
• Answer queries formulated by users, and take the necessary actions to correct any reported inaccuracy and take necessary precautions to prevent any reoccurrence
• Review Structure assembly Drawings and supervise draftsman to align the design and requirements.
• Review sales information to align client requirements and design.
Responsibilities:
• Review Architecture Drawings Plans Put Grids and Scale it with Standard Codes
• ETABS Model Simulations, Environmental and Loads Observations
• Review Soil Report, Meetings with Geotech Team.
• Simulation Foundations in CSI SAFE
• Structure Drafting Supervision
• Answer queries formulated by users, and take the necessary actions to correct any reported inaccuracy and take necessary precautions to prevent any reoccurrence
• Meeting with Client and Architecture Department to align
project designs and See client review for quality.
• See Quality of designed on-going projects, under construction.
• Meet new clients to introduce our firm and Architecture/ Structure services.
• Consult Juniors, on their projects.
