Creating new ideas and lead the advertising online and offline campaigns of the company.
Development and deployment of sales operations processes, programs and tools in order to increase the effectiveness. Responsible for relation with all the Banks operating in Albania to produce a better product + lawns.
Focused on designing, pricing and generation of new product portfolio.
Price calculations, preparing offerings for major customers, prepare and define budget & profit.
Responsible for international relation in representing the company to international fairs & investitures.
Redesign web sites (wireframes, design, digital imaging, copy writing, photography, SEO, SEM, e-commerce) and digital marketing campaigns using statistics and analytics.
Compose several press releases, and other content included in internationally published works.

Recruiting, Mentoring, and Training marketing & sales department.
Creating & developing the brand book of the company.
Creating & developing and maintenance of an aggressive strategy for the company.
Contribute to the creation, calculation and implementation of the budget and forecast for the sales area to ensure that the area budgeted and/or forecasted growth reflects the market potential.

Training all the marketing department and developing with them campaigns of the company.
Creating brand book and lunching the new products in the market.
Product and Design Usability.
Set up, maintain contacts and contracting the electronic and print Media.
Support and close collaboration with the sales directors on corporate level.
Keep abreast of outside issues and events and regularly review impact on programe and client
objectives.

Responsible for the implementation of statistics on various areas, for specific projects.
