• Construction of Mangrove Place Residential Tower (3B + G + P2 + 28 Floors) at Al Reem Island, Shams, Abu Dhabi. (Mangrove Place is a mid-rise residential development set in the heart of the commercial business district of Shams Abu Dhabi adjacent to prestigious Sky Tower - the soaring landmark property of shams. Mangrove Place features with direct waterfront on two aspects in cosmopolitan downtown settings; European style home designed one, two, three apartments, townhouses, penthouses with uninterrupted sea and canal views; Luxurious swimming pool and fully equipped gym).

• Nizwa Grand Mall at Hial Firq, Nizwa, Sultanate of Oman. (A structure combined of steel and precast hollow slab - comprises of Carrefour, E-Max, Home Centre, retail shops, theatre, food court, ice rink and children’s play area).

This building is considered to be a high profile building of its nature in hospitals. Project Value - Approx. (438 Million INR).
