Drawing the Contract programme as per the contract clause (Clause - 8.3).
Project planning & interim zone planning as per varying client’s priority & recovery programme to cope up delay during progress of work.
Co-ordination with the construction teams, liaise with the consultant to get the programme approved.
Resource Planning & Allocation (Labour Histogram Preparation, Equipment Forecast) through co-ordination with the Divisional Projects Manager and his team.
Preparation of Project Cash flow, Progress ‘S’ curve, Target Programme, PERT Block diagrams for the site construction team etc.
Updating and monitoring the projects progress with Schedule variance and cost reports and reporting to Project manager, Client, Consultant & Head office.
Planning weekly targets with resources avail & reporting progress with respect to it.
Advising Project Mangers in advance to introduce subcontractors in case of shortage of company labour, during the project tenure.
Reviewing of last week production and progress, in the weekly progress meeting & producing reports for the same.
Stringent monitoring of major & tight rated BOQ items, to compare output with respect to tendered rate.
Creating various reports as per requirements of top managements or the best-suited formats to convey specific required information.
Preparation of monthly & weekly reports for the Projects.
Preparation of the Material Procurement Schedules.
Monitoring the material & shop drawing submittal logs including subcontractors.
Project trend analysis, identifying the critical activities and preparing the remedial schedule for forecasting the completion of projects.
Preparation of tender schedules, documents required for successful tender submission.
