As the Lead Civil QS for subcontractor, managed key visible packages including the deep foundations for multi block Gas and Steam Turbine buildings, structural steel layouts for the massive Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSGs), specialized concrete enclosures for the Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) substation, and extensive earthworks for the water treatment storage facilities, cooling basins, and underground utility pipe networks.

Served as the Civil QS for a this expansion line, managing the daily commercial lifecycle and cost metrics for subcontractor packages. Responsible for quantity take-offs, BOQ verification, rebar scheduling, progress measurement, and interim payment applications (IPCs). Coordinated directly with client representatives to ensure accurate project documentation, seamless payment certification, and strict cost control.

Worked as a Quantity Surveyor on the expansion project of Lucky Cement Production Line-II. Responsible for quantity take-offs, BOQ verification, rebar scheduling, progress measurement, interim payment applications (IPCs), and coordination with client representatives to ensure accurate project documentation and cost control.

Worked as an AutoCAD Draftsman and Assistant Quantity Surveyor on the construction of a healthcare facility.
Responsible for preparing and revising shop drawings based on site conditions, maintaining drawing records, assisting in quantity take-offs, BOQ verification, billing documentation, and project coordination. Gained practical experience in construction drawings, quantity surveying, and project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Worked as an Intern Civil Engineer on the construction of this healthcare facility. Assisted in site layout, supervision of structural works, quality control activities, Bar Bending Schedule (BBS), and concrete testing.
