Manage the delivery of ADEC customer service and ticketing operations, systems and integrations
delivered via phone, and in-person in accordance with the customer service charter.
• Manage and maintain ticketing (POS) policies, procedures and reports.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales and operation reports for the management review and
suggestion.
• Prepare timesheet for all the staff and send to HR team after manager approval.
• Handling all the customer complaints/inquiries and suggestion with customer services soft skills.
• Always maintain professionalism and follow standards as outlined in the Employee Handbook or
relevant document.
• Manage communication to ensure the team is well informed and abreast of changes and updates.
• Follow direction as given by senior team members.
• Respect for the work environment, each other, and all stakeholders.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tool.
• Foster a collaborative team environment where creativity, suggestions and ideas are actively
encouraged.
• Punctual to all work-related events including but not limited to start time, meetings and onsite work.

• Tracking and maintaining inventory by using the inventory management module in IFS system.
• Prepare, generate, and file financial inventory reports; review reports monthly with management.

• Ability to manage multiple activities in a deadline-oriented environment; highly organized, flexible and rigorous attention to detail.
• Enter purchase details (vendor’s information, invoices and pricing) into internal databases.
• Ensure all assets are recorded and barcoded in the asset register.
