Reporting to the CEO & General Manager, my responsibilities include: Establishing and managing the Business Development Department to insure meeting the strategic growth plans and vision of the company.
Managing the support team and work with senior management to implement strategic priorities of a project as well as evaluate and develop business opportunities identified by the company.
Design Development of concept Plans, preliminary environmental impact, traffic and feasibility study for new projects. Lease with the authorities and obtaining all necessary NOC's. Leading the design team and sub-consultants to achieve a fully coordinated tender documents and reports. Communicate project status to the Client and all team members, and other relevant stakeholders and involved parties.
Development of execution drawings and coordinating between MEP, structural and architectural packages for various projects
