1. Saudi Aramco Expand Dhahran Residential Community - SWCC Water Supply Connection Project (LSPB contract)

Project Objective:
The objective of this project is to supply 6 million gallon per day future drinking water demand from SWCC plant to Saudi Aramco DHAHRAN Residential community.

Project Scope:
o Supply, install & commissioning of 5Km of 24” Carbon steel, 20” RTR pipes and 31Km of Fibre Optic Cables to establish the link between SWCC Aziziya plant & DHAHRAN.
o Fabricate, Supply, install & commissioning one (01) API 650 drinking water storage tank (24m Dia X 14m Height).
o All associated Electrical system, Instrumentation, structural, trenching, Civil and telecommunication Works.


2. Saudi Aramco MANGROVE ECO Park Facilities at Rahima (LSPB contract)

Project Objective:
Developing a mangrove Eco Park at Rahimah Bay to protect one of the last standing mangrove forests and raise the public awareness of mangrove habitats. The main challenge of the project was to crash and limit the work schedule during the daily low tide hours.

Project Scope of Work:
o Construction of one story precast Research Station Building and pump room
o Construction of 0.5 Km Steel structure Boardwalk inside mangrove carried on 6” CS piles driven 15Lm underground.
o General site work including Roads, Parking Areas, Concrete Riprap and utilities
o All associated Electrical system, Instrumentation, structural, trenching, Civil and telecommunication Works.


3. DEVELOPMENT OF HOMEOWNERSHIP LOTS, PHASE V, AR-RABIYAH (LSTK Contract)

Project Objective:
To provide to the Home Ownership Lots in phase V, Ar-Rabiyah with necessary infrastructure utilities for the eligible employees for free lots to build their houses in accordance with the Company Home Ownership Program.

Project Scope of Work:
o Development of 52 Lots (over 200K square meter area) including construction of Storm drainage, sanitary, Drinking, Raw, Fire, Irrigation Water Networks, Gas Distribution Network, Power Supply Distribution and Communication Networks and all associated Civil works including Construction of Maintenance Building.
o Demolition of existing water-well # 824 and replacement with a new one in the


4. Saudi Aramco Replace & Automate Water Wells -Dhahran (LSTK Contract)

Project Objective:
Developing the Raw water system to meet the long-term demand for Dhahran camp & offices.

Project Scope of Work:
o Drilling of (5) new wells with its pipeline process automation system.
o Upgrading and Automate (7) existing wells



5. Novel Non-Metallic Solutions Manufacturing Facility (EPC, Cost + MGP Contract) -
JVCO between Saudi Aramco and Baker Hughes

Project Objective:
The JV agreement to construct Novel Non-Metallic Solutions Manufacturing Facility that supports Saudi Arabia efforts to expand its commercial ecosystem and promote domestic investment on Non-Metallic reliable and cost-effective products offer sustainability benefits aim to reduce the carbon emission.

Project Scope of Work:
Construction of Construction of 13K square meter manufacturing plant with its warehouse, workshop, QC labs and Administration office building with a total built up area of 3, 000-meter square.

Project Scope:
Construction of new Administration building of Juaymah gas plant including Cut-over and diverting all Plant Process systems, Emergency control rooms, and communication from old to the new admin. building as well as new installation of Power, HVAC system, H2S & LEL detection systems, Fire protection & alarm System ...etc.

Project Challenges:
Diverting all infrastructures & connections from old admin. building to the new one (to be built under the project scope) as well as switching over the plant Emergency process & control systems to the new Emergency control center with minimal down time/ interruption to plant ongoing processes.

2- Liaise with the client, perform integrated change control management procedure where needed including the preparation and negotiation the Variation Orders.
