Responsible for monitoring of an budgetary controls in place within the Bank. I assist the unit head implementing effective MIS and ensuring that Budget restrictions are duly followed in the relevant year.
Implements budgeting controls.
· Assists with the development of effective MIS
· Assists with the development of cost centres for different activities of the bank.
· Coordinates with all the divisions for preparation of operating plan/budgeting.
· Analyzes plan with the previous year's actual performance for material variances.
· Follow-up of all pay-orders and utilisation of Budgets within the Bank
· Approval of each transaction for budgetary controls purposes.
Giving reports to the administration about the training Budget.
