• Leading a multidisciplinary team and responsible for the performance of the project and construction management, HSE, integration services and interfacing services

• Acting as a project director and responsible for the performance of the project and construction management, design management, commercial management, and interfacing
• Serving as the primary point of contact and managing all aspects of communication, relationship and interfacing with client and consultants
• Ensuring compliance with the safety and quality of the project
• Guiding the development of project plans, including master programs, procurement plans, project / interface management, etc.

• High end leisure and resort; residential, hotel, sport area, villas, landscaping and infrastructure works, design and build project, Client: Confidential (SAR 2.1 B)
• Mixed-use (KAFD) mega development program; PIF Skyscraper; 84-storey super tall high-rise tower, including 4-level of basements, 10-technical floors, and adjoining with 3-storey podium, auditorium and public space, data center, and infrastructure, Riyadh, KSA (SAR 3.1B).
• Managing, assigning duties and leading large multi-disciplinary teams; responsible for monitoring and controlling the operations of the company including financial, engineering, procurement, administration and contracts
• Serving as the primary point of contact to managing all aspects of communication& relationship and interfacing with clients ARAMCO& YASREF, consultants, subcontractors
• Advising on technical subjects and assumed responsibility& accountability for the projects
• Planning and coordinating the subjects related to the projects including design, engineering studies and executing of the projects
• Overseeing and maintaining contractual, risk and financial management of projects including budgets preparation and control
• Overseeing and optimizing resources allocation and adherence to projects revenue& cost

• Yasref HOP Villas and Compound (EPC); (215-Villa), Multi-storey Residential Apartments (8-building), Recreation Centre, Mosque and Site Completion; Client: Yasref(SAR 860M).
• Aramco HOP Residential development Program (PC) (500-Villa, 3-Main Building) and Service Buildings; Client: Aramco (SAR 900M).
• Led a consortium firm for building Hospital Projects; managed a large team of diversified specialists and coordinated all the aspects to successfully contribution to the project
• Acted as main point of contact between internal and external project team; managed client relationships throughout project life cycle and maintained a productive relationship
• Provided regular management, supervision and proper quality control to ensure the appropriate execution of works to the required and highest standards
• Developed project KPI's for quality and construction activities for performance measures
• Participated in tenders evaluation, negotiation, sub- contractors selection & contract awards

• Provided project management, administration and coordination services for different construction building projects in Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia in Canada

•Prepared construction schedules, milestones and monitored progress against schedules.
•Managed complete project life cycles, working with consultant and obtaining permit.
