included state of the art public transport system: mixed use
development. The Infrastructure included High speed train station, LRT and mass transit system. Extensive road network with four major grade
separated interchanges, drainage and flood protection systems,
services with a number district cooling plants and an extensive network
power and pumping stations. It also included public parks, community
centres, university campus and variety of commercial and residential
buildings. Procurement of and Management of external consultants.

Al Raha Beach Development Infrastructure, Abu Dhabi, UAE: Led, and managed a 267 strong multi disciplinary teams, coordinated
overview and managed the infrastructure design of a $32 billion
multipurpose development. Senior level coordination and liaison with the Client and all stakeholders. Responsibilities also included
managing the coordination of design and site activities and senior site
supervision staff. Led a large multidisciplinary team to facilitate and coordinate approvals from the local authorities and including the DOT and the Municipality.

M6 Extension, UK: A £175m (1.3 billion AED) ECI Contract. Lead a team of over 160 Designers and construction staff from Feasibility studies stage through preliminary design and detailed design, construction stage up to completion and hand over. Lead the tender assessment and contract negotiations
Managing all design development stages which included major recreational facilities, two major rivers and railway viaducts, structures, state of the art communication centre, as well as all the other elements of infrastructure.
