Five-star hotel, established on built up area 43, 400 sq.m by rise 20 floors (207 Key) 

Job Responsibilities:
Developing project management plan.
Review and approve the contractor’s work program, ensuring compliance with client, Operator standards (Marriott/Starwood) and contract requirements.
Define tasks and required resources. Delegate responsibilities.
Re-organizing, leading and motivating project teams.
Create, monitor and control the project baseline.
Cost estimating and developing the construction budget.
Oversee and assist in negotiation with vendors and subcontractors.
Manage and control Project Resources to ensure synchronization with the project time schedule.
Review and approve contractors’ QA/QC plans. Ensuring all quality issues are raised and non-conformities action plans are developed and implemented. 
Review and approve contractors’ HSSE plans and ensure compliance of plans with local codes and regulations.
Analyzing, review and approve project risk management plans.
Assure the project progress are timely compiled, appropriately documented and reported regularly to stakeholders.
Assist obtaining the required permits and licenses from relevant authorities.
Review, approve and release contractors’ payment certificates.
Review, assess and respond to all claims raised by the contractor. Manage variation orders with client and contractors, as needed.
Continually improve methods and procedures for processes and workflow techniques.
Lead internal and external project meetings and ensure stakeholders are updated with major issues.
Managing Handing Over process in compliance with project standards and contract requirement.

Design and Site Supervision Architect.

2- ACOC for RSAF - Riyadh KSA
Site Supervision and Technical Support for specialized military building belonging to the Saudi Royal Air Force.

Job Duties:
Design and review architectural and engineering plans.
Oversee architectural project from the conception stage right down through construction and eventual completion of the project.
Conducting architectural studies, developing design concepts and design criteria, and preparing related reports.
Carrying out responsibility of architectural Inspection of construction works in progress to ensure compliance of materials and workmanship with design drawings, specifications, Operator standards (Starwood / RSAF) and acceptable quality of architectural finishes.
Ensuring all plans are compliant with governmental health and safety regulations.
Co-ordination work with engineering and construction sections. And between architectural drawings and different services and Solving problems.
Review Architectural drawings and engineering data to conform to project's specifications and contract documents.
Providing guidance to contractors and helping them interpret design specifications.
Monitoring the site activities to ensure compliance of work progress with quality management and official site procedure.
Review and approve the  Contractor Shop-drawings, samples, method statement and other submittals.
Operate computer-assisted design (CAD).
Ensuring the team works together to achieve set goals and targets.

Arch Design and Build the first five-star executive hotel under Coral-Corp brand to open its doors in KSA, Established on built up area 40, 000 sq.m by rise 15 floors.

2. Arabian Beverage Factory and Offices - Riyadh Branch (Wojoud), KSA
Design and Build the administration building and main store for Arabian Beverage Company at industrial zone - Riyadh, Established on built up area 14, 200 sq.m.

3. Resort of Sadeem Land. - Riyadh.
Design and Build private resort which established on an area of 6.500 sq.m.

Job Duties:
Managing and directing construction projects from conception to completion.
Study and review projects in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate cost.
Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory.
Meet contractual conditions of performance.
Review the work progress regularly.
