• Develop and improve the revenue performance of the company’s commercial properties with a GLA of (1.4 million sqm) by strategically attracting the best retailer mix and maintain target occupancy.
• Direct support in strategic corporate projects, such as, ERP implementation, Contracts management, And New projects development & design.

• Established and managed AlMunawara Innovation Labs with the objective of training and enabling Saudi females in the areas of design and production of handmade souvenirs. The facility has an area of 2, 500 m2 with dedicated sections for training and has fully equipped workshops with production lines and machineries. Took the project from planning to execution and launch. Over 500 Saudi females have benefited from the training programs and around 200 of them has production contracts with Namaa.
• Executed “AlMunawara Entrepreneurship Conference”. A 4-day Educational/Enabling conference in (Nov 2015 & Nov 2016) in partnership with global educational institutes. The conference involved 30 speakers, 15 workshops, 10 panel discussions, and more than 650attendees.
• Supervised the development and execution of the following projects: AlMunawara Acceleration Program, Madina Made, AlMunawara Advertising & Communication, and AlMunawara New Media.

• Developed Madina Made brand from research to strategy to deployment.
• Founded an in-house creative department, developing all branding and identity projects.
• Supervised the design and construction of projects, including Namaa office, new HQ and retail outlets.

• Supervised the developing of the Enaya franchise model, as well as its wellness concept.
• Managed the expansion and maintenance of the company’s network, currently 22 locations and growing.

• Founded a branding and identity boutique agency & successfully attracted a strategic investor to fund and help grow the business.
• Won business from, and completed work for, major clients including, Savola Foods, Al Madinah Municipality, Umm Al-Qura University.
• Served in the areas of Retail, F&B*, FMCG*, Government, Real Estate, Education, Hospitality and Books.

Achievements:
• Founded advertising business unit by showcasing to management market opportunity and the business plan to capture it.
• Led a team of 8, across 10 malls & 7 cities, to rebuild the advertising business, and generate a growth of 40% in revenues.
• Owned the contracting process from auditing existing contracts to authorizing new contracts.

•Established brand in Saudi Arabia, from post distributorship agreement, to 6 outlets operating nationwide.
•Managed business (sales training, outlet fitout and branding, buying and inventory management) and
doubled first year target and grew 40% in second year.

• In 2003, got the Silver Palm Award by Al-Sawani Group for successfully designing the corporate identity of the brand (Al-Saha Factory Outlet).
