Jubail Island project-Phase 1 owned by JIIC, developed and managed by LEAD consists 300 villas of different types (Med villas, 3, 4, 5 and 6 bed rooms villas), located at Jubail Island in Abu Dhabi
Responsibilities: Preparing the shop drawings and As Built drawings as per ADDC & ADCD for the below systems:
All Low Voltage Electrical Power System (LV).
All Extra-Low Voltage System (ELV).
Global Gateway is a residential tower. It is Consisting of 2 Basements, Ground floor, Mezzanine and 4 residential buildings, three of them are made up of 10 floors and one building of four floors, located at Al-Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities: Preparing the shop drawings and As Built drawings as per the standard for the below systems:
- All Low Voltage Electrical Power System (LV).
- All Extra-Low Voltage System (ELV).
C18 is a residential tower. It is Consisting of 2 Basements, Ground, 4 Podium Parking Levels and 36 Residential Floors, on Sector RT2 Plot C18 along 10th St. Al Reem Road, Reem Island, Abu Dhabi, UAE
Responsibilities: Preparing the shop drawings and As Built drawings as per the standard for the below systems:
- Building Management System (BMS).
- Smart Lighting Control System (ON-OFF).
- Central Battery System (CBS).
- Fire Alarm System.
Clemenceau Medical Centre is a state‐of‐the‐art hospital, at Dubai Healthcare City. The hospital consists of 4
basements, a ground floor, 7 medical floors, 3 mechanical floors and a roof. It contains 91 beds, 6 operating theatres,
44 consultation clinics, robotic surgery, and wide‐ranging inpatient and outpatient services offering the latest
technologies and medical procedures.
Responsibilities: Preparing the shop drawings and As Built drawings as per the standard and DEWA for the below
systems:
‐ Building Management System (BMS).
‐ Smart Lighting Control System (DALI, DMX & ON‐OFF).
‐ Smoke Management System (SMS).
‐ Central Battery System (CBS).
‐ Power, Low Current Systems (CCTV, DATA, TELEPHONE, Public Address, Fire Alarm…) and Lighting.
‐ Fire Systems (FM200, Deluge System, Foam Suppression System).
