Planing and organizing production schedules
to ensure orders are delivered on time and managing a team of staff including
production supervisor and quality inspectors, as well as staff rotas and.
performance management.
2)
Monitors daily productions and quality
control performance records, identifying inefficiencies and taking responsive
and corrective actions if necessary.
3)
Manage and monitor the overall performance
of the manufacturing to increase efficiency and maximize performance and profit.
4)
Focus on growing business and revenue by implementing necessary
changes to product/production line to enter new markets or grow existing
territories.
5)
Decide on and order the resourses that are
required and ensure stock level remain adequate and ensure that the production
cost effective by estimating costs and negotiating and agreeing budgets with
both clients and management.

Monitor the production processes and adjust
schedules as needed.

Managing productivity rates and product
standared and implement quality control
programmes.
3)
Inspect products ( where necessary) to
verify conformance and direct the correct setup and adjustments of machines and
ensure all product builders are always trained in line with appropriate
policies.

Purchasing the raw materials used in the
production and communicating with suppliers to deliver on time and manage
inventory needs to avoid any shortage in raw materials.
5)
Achievement of productivity, efficiency,
customer service, raw materials cost, safety and employee engagement
objectives.
6)
Allocating resources across workflows to
ensure minimum wastage and strengthen profit margins.

Supervises staff to produce manufactured
products, and organizes and monitors workflow.
2)
Completes production plan by scheduling and
assigning personnel, accomplishing work results, establishing priorities,
monitoring progress, revising schedules, resolving problems, and reporting
results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
3)
Provides manufacturing information by
compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records
and data, and answering questions and responding to requests.
4)
Maintaining safe and clean work environment by educating and
directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources,
and maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
