• Provide key financial analysis and management reporting by designing tailored monthly management reporting packages to facilitate executive level decisions making.
• Identify areas for costs savings or efficiencies across production lines and departments.
• Maintain Product Profitability & Margin Analysis, and provide scenarios analysis for changes in products' BOM, and for new products launch.
• Work closely with Operation, Technical, Procurement, and Finance departments to ensure the validity and completeness on the material, machine rate, labour and indices applied.
• Prepare and analyse the costing and operation reports.

Achievements:
• Developing the Product Profitability & Margin Model on Excel, by adding scenarios analysis, this allowed the determination of the price and/or bag count for a desired profit margin.

• Creating an Excel model to calculate the raw materials budget in volume and value for any sale budget based on the applicable BOMs.
• Adjusting all manufacturing models on Al-Ameen system in line with the applicable BOM version for each product and size.
• Making all corrections needed to invoice types on Al-Ameen system, and implementing accounting procedures that allowed a complete match between inventory general ledger and sub ledger.
