Responsible fprocessing applications, inputting
substitute data, preparing announcemor the employment process (e.g. ents of vacancies, conducting HR interviews, etc.) for the purpose of meeting district staffing requirements while complying with established guidelines.
Prepare or maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions.
Responsible for creating pool of candidates overseas in order to fill the open vacancies required for each project.
Develops a wide variety of written materials (e.g. forms, procedures, brochures, pamphlets, etc.) for the purpose of documenting activities, providing written reference, and/or conveying information.

Maintains manual and electronic documents, files and records (e.g. personnel records, employee lists, etc.) for the purpose of providing accurate information in compliance with established guidelines.
Supervises HR Coordinator and following up the daily tasks, the assigned tasks and the monthly targets.
Monitors a variety of processes (e.g. applications, eligibility, certifications, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring efficient processing of applicants and employees in addressing position requirements and adhering to legal and/or administrative requirements.
Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork.
Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.
Recruitment Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Receiving requests directly from the client
- Screen and interview applicants.
- Follow up filing system.
- Follow up archiving databank.
- Nominate the suitable candidate to the client.
- Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time.
- Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
Recruitment Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Receive and reviewing applications, managing interviews and short-listing candidates.
- Handling the recruitment process relating to screening CVs, contact short listed candidates, arrange interviews for the right candidates with the clients.
- Documentation and filing in the data base.
- Appointment short-listed candidates for interviews.
- Filling, phone calls, sending and receiving official emails.
- Responsible for developing sources of qualified applicants and screening applicants
- Conducts interviews and evaluates applicants’ qualifications for vacant positions
- Responsible for administering pre-employment tests (IQ, English and medical check-up tests) for potential candidates
- Coordinates with department heads to conduct panel interviews to speed up the recruitment process (depending on the urgency of filling the vacant position)
- Writes and maintains job descriptions for all Trade LOB employees
- Develops and maintains internal job posting program (mainly for referrals)
- Responsible for sending HR announcements for newly hired employees
- Conducts exit interviews and prepares leavers’ analysis
