-Act as a welcome to Guests as they arrive at the Park
-Engage each guest as a unique individual and assist on their requests
-Sell tickets and other products via a computerized POS system
-Responsible for daily cash float
-Upselling and cross-selling products and services
-Make sure guests are provided with the right informations about the Park
-Listen to guests concerns and resolve issues when needed
-Conduct guest surveys and ensure all questionnaires are complete
-Operate the Park Lost & Found counter
-Welcoming and orienting passengers
-Answering Inbound calls

-Promoting airport services.
