•Budgeting and forecasting with periodical controls, variance analysis, management reporting and ensuring compliance.
•Treasury management, Funds Arrangement through Financial Institution, Cash Flow Management and Signing authority.
•Reconciliation of Accounts (Banks, Intercompany Accounts).
•Liaison with banks, other departments and handling all e-banking matters.
•Liaison with External Auditor for Audit and ensuring its compliance.
•Provide different reports as per requirement of management.
•Perform General Accounting Activities;
•Responsible of Payable, Receivable and Banks;
•Payroll Accounting;
•Financial Projection (Annually/Quarterly/Monthly);
•Supervise to Budget Utilization Controlling System;
•Budget Analysis project vise and preparation of deviation report;
•Financial Reporting:
Assisting in Preparation of Financial Statement;
Financial Deviation Reporting;
Cost Benefit Analysis Reporting;
Capacity Utilization Reporting;
Project Costing;
Other various report as per management requirements;
•Preparation of all Production Agreement of Geo T.V Channel
Accounts book keeping through accounting software, Monthly Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Budget Controlling and Preparation of Production Accounts
Book Keeping, Preparation of Quarterly / Semi Annually / Annually Accounts; Audit compliance, Submission of Tax Return.
