Managing the critical part of SPAN2 project (EMV Upgrade Project) by migrating 5 banks including NCBB, ANBB, BSHB, BFHB, RAJB and NBOB.
Solved the communication failures in the Point Of Sales (POS) network by introducing a new idea to migrate all the 80, 000 POS from the old system to the new system. By implementing a new interface to handle the APACS 40 payment stander in the new system.
