Manage & lead all organization activities
Manage & implement all the HR policies within the corporate division, handling Recruitment, training, Development, & personnel process.
Manage Personnel activities with concerned departments efficiently.
Ensure that HR & Admin services are provided to the employees in a timely fashion.
Provide consultancy services to the assigned divisions on the latest developments / changes in HR Policies & Procedures.
Provide Support to Divisional GMs on the right flow of procedures.

Ensure that employees are provided with medical services as per Company Policy.
Ensure Timely Pay to all employees by providing all necessary Payroll and Personnel & Compensation documentations on time and accurately.
Manage governmental documentations process for all employees within the division.
Ensure that Iqamas, Passports and Work Permits are renewed and provided on time.
Manage the process of contracts to meet the agreed Service Level Agreement.
Mange the flow of processing TRAs and related required documentations efficiently.
Control the outstanding documents finalization with concerned line Mgrs and departments.
Ensure that terminations are subject to Labour Law and to provide all required terminations documents.
Ensure that all divisional HR management reports are updated and provided to Div. HR Mgr on a weekly basis
Processing all personnel activities for new business.
Assist the Div. HR Mgr in strategic initiatives, staffing, HR Projects and Personnel Process Development activities.
Manage training & development activities with concerned departments efficiently.
Manage all the Individual Development plans are in place & verified.
Manage all the HR Development projects. such as Turnover analysis.
Review & validate all the training materials & providers.
Conduct training for the new joiners.
Validate all the job descriptions & evaluations across the divisions.
Support the entire professional graduates program across the division.
Manage 03 training calendars, managers, supervisors, & female. Across the divisions.
Plan & execute the Training need analysis.
To manage and ensure achievement of HR objectives by carrying out all activities in line with relevant local regulations and also in accordance with Group Personnel Policies Procedures, by providing impeccable support in relation to personnel and administrative functions to the RGM and his team in terms of analysing and meeting the manpower requirements, educating the employees on Almarai Personnel Polices and working procedures in conjunction with Regional Training Manager and to ensure all employees in the region project positive brand image while meeting internal / external customers, government agencies or departments.

• Manage and ensure Implementation of HR Policies to help the organization achieve its HR goals.
• Conduct General employee induction in HR policies and procedures to make them awareness.
• Manage the medical services / referrals to ensure all employees in the region receive adequate and high quality medical treatment.
• Manage security through well-trained security guards for proper safeguarding of Almarai assets.
• Manage the local recruitment to ensure all functions receive the manpower to deliver the objectives.
• Manage and monitor Payroll related activities to ensure all employees in the region receive their payments (Salary, Commissions, over-time, Holiday salary advance)
• Manage employee Contracts through Regional Personnel Officers to ensure all employees in the region work under valid contracts.
• Manage holidays and related document processing to ensure all employees receive their annual holidays as per entitlements and receive valid travel documents for their travel.
• Manage Staff Development to ensure all staff in the team goes through structured training and updated knowledge required to expedite their responsibilities.
• Monitor Health and safety measures in the depot and the accommodation to ensure all employees are provided with safe place to work and live.
To ensure that the manpower needs for Sales Division is fulfilled by effectively managing the divisional recruitment function via proper man power planning, setting recruitment standards, adapting efficient practices, maintaining appropriate information, organizing required activities, effective regional sourcing, candidate screening, interviewing and selection process maintaining direct management with regions, and coordination with corporate recruitment and Admin department.

To assist the RPM in the management of recruitment, medical, accommodation and security maintenance activities in the region by sourcing candidates , maintaining data bank of CVs, arranging interview dates, tracking personnel requisitions, reviewing hospital contracts, issuing medical referrals, monitoring medical expenses, liaising with logistics on accommodations and ensuring security to company assets.
To support the HR Division to deliver better employees personnel services in sales division by reviewing various documents, preparing of performance reports.

Maintain training database in the electronic system and ensure easy retrieval for effective
functioning of the training function.
Maintain documents of training participants, training feedbacks, and certificates to ensure
accurate records of activities.
Submit training proposals to sales support to ensure purchase orders are raised and providers
are paid. And follow up with the Shared Services to ensure payments are done.
Process visa of consultants, book flights, reserve accommodation, reserve venues, prepare
handouts to ensure the smooth execution of training programs.
Follow up of pre-course and post course assignments with regions.
Prepare the induction plan for new managers’ arrival.
Prepare the Training Need Analysis (TNA).
Support the Divisional Training manager to prepare the annually Training calendar.
Ensure all personnel documents are processed as per the company policy and procedures.
Arrange the flight arrival messages, prepare the missing baggage announcement.
Ensure the flight attendants are handed over to the security department in the right way.
Arrange the flight departure. By ensuring all the counter staff are available on time.
Contacting ATC to ensure receiving the flight plan.
Supervise the counter and Check- in staff to ensure they followed the company policy and procedures.
Ensure all boarding processes are done in the proper way.
Sending all the relevant messages after departure.
Prepare the next flight arrival.
I was in charge to prepare the flight information, arrival and departure. I was licensed to handle B777/200.
I was reading all flight messages.
Prepare the Missing baggage announcement. Trained to use the World Tracer System to trace the lost baggage.
