Responsible for the all raw materials controls and daily transferring to production dept. as company procedure.
Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Finalizing the credit terms for the local suppliers and processing the vendor payments timely.
Planning and monitoring the storage, delivery and dispatch of orders.
Receiving and ensuring smooth flow of documents between vendors.
Preparing weekly report for pending material requisition.
Maintain ISO 9002 Procedures to provide data with regard to work order status. Generate work orders backlogs for different shops. Access the logistics supply system to provide information about material stocks. Perform other duties as required.
Filing system as per ISO procedure & Distribute the work orders to sections’ supervisors.
Prepares daily logs and any other requested reports.
Assisting and supporting Project Manager in their daily duties.
Controlling the Office assets, provide needful support to other Departments.
Maintain an organized filling and follow-up system for all Correspondence.
Perform routine tasks including receiving, sorting and delivering the mails/ faxes.
Liaising with different department such as Electrical Department, Mechanical Department, Work Control, Procurement, Personnel Department and Project office.
Drafting letters, maintaining corresponding files for incoming & outgoing letters. Maintaining library for all engineering and projects related. Documentation.
Drafting Monthly reports, Weekly reports, Daily activity reports, enter all of the work orders in Maintenance Commander System Computer.
Established and maintains electronics records management system for all incoming & outgoing correspondence.
Preparing evaluation report of new /old employees (as per ISO standard), daily activity reports, Daily sign-in rosters, the payroll sheets and monthly attended sheets.
Implement standard procedures for receiving, dispatching, distributing & filing of documents being handled in the department.
Able to work on a multi-tasking job and able to reach deadline.
Organize meetings, distribute agendas and take minutes per the discretion of the department director.
Dealing with suppliers / Document receipts / Coordinating with all Departments.
