I work as a freelancer giving advise for people who want to go to study in Europe and helping them in the application process. I also give Spanish classes.
Advise and sell for customers any kind of banking products as normal accounts, debit and credit cards, saving accounts, fix term deposits, mixed deposits, funds, loans, mortgages and all kind of insurances. I was also dealing with people who owed money to the bank (due to unpaid receipts in their accounts or unpaid loans or mortgages) to bring money to fix the situation. From March 2009 to September 2010 I was also working attracting new clients to the bank (mainly small companies and freelancers) by going to meet them in their working places.
Responsible of the accounts and taxes of around 50 small companies and freelancers and also giving them advice about their different chances in this field.
Taking care of the cash operations, selling debit cards and redirecting the customers for any savings or credit operation to my superiors.
Teach accounting (from zero) for workers to improve their capabilities according to the government's roadmap.
Understand how the department was working and to elaborate a memory of it.
Understand how the department was working and to help them implementing a new computer program simplifying all the workers data base.
