Develop creative briefs and communication strategy blue-prints for client brands using Grey’s proprietary strategic planning tool ‘Brand Shift.’

Conduct category analysis (i.e. positioning, architecture, segmentation, competition scan) and consumer insight mining activities (in-house or through 3rd party firms) for client brands on regular intervals.

Manage a portfolio of key agency accounts by responding to all their communication needs, coordinating with relevant internal / external functions, adding value to the processes involved and ensuring timely completion.

Lead new business initiatives by working with a cross functional team to devise integrated communication proposal and pitching them to marketing/brand team of the clients.

Liaison with Grey Asia Pacific regional head-quarter in Singapore on behalf of the Pakistan office to collaborate / participate in all regional projects / programmes.

Design and deliver training workshops / modules to agency team to make the strategic processes / output more robust.
