 Coordination with treasury for arrangement of funds for bill payments.
 Lodgement of Usance Acceptance/Communication of maturity to Foreign/Local banks (FUBA/LUBA).
 Documentary collection payments / Consignment payments.
 On-source monthly balancing of outstanding LC’s/Documents/Margins taken.
 Balancing of advance payment documents within stipulated time as per Central bank regulation.
 Responsible for internal, external and State bank’s Audit.
 Assistance to branches for smooth and timely effectuating due payments (Usance/Sight)
 Relaying SWIFT messages (MT-202, MT-103, MT-752, MT-799, MT-734 ETC)
 B/L verification for payments on forced loans.
 Endorsement of documents against Margins.(Airways bills/Truck receipts/Rail receipts)
 Issuance/Redemption of shipping guarantees
 Issuance of Re-imbursement authorities to our bill payment correspondents internationally and locally.

 Booking of regular loans (FIM/FATR)
 Creating forced loans (PAD/FADB) for Sight and Usance.
 Adjustment of FIM-FATR
 On-source balancing of outstanding PAD/FATR/FIM/FADB

 Correspondence with Credit department for loan disbursements limits.
