Responsible for the complete sales and operations for the company. I am working on the post of programme manager for the programme of Starwood Hotel. Below are my some responsibilities -
• Maintaining Birthday and Anniversary report and Customer service report.
• Disbursing of Payroll, Fortnightly Billing report, Reimbursement Report and Petty Cash.
• Overview of the entire membership program of The Westin Hotel Gurgaon, New Delhi in sales and operations.
• Handling Sales team of 15 - 20 telesales consultant, 1 Team Leader in sales and 2 Customer service executive and 2 admin executive.
• Act as coordinator for all the program related events and promotions and make necessary arrangement required and also performs the important role to execute the event successfully.
• Monitoring the Room Reservations and Table Reservations.
• Co - ordination with the finance team of the hotel on weekly and monthly basis regarding the sales.
• Maintaining the finances of the office like Payroll, Petty Cash, Profit and Loss Account and the entire report of the sales in details (Credit Card, Cash and Cheque).
• Monthly Performance Report of Telesales Consultant and comparing with previous month and Last year of the same month
• Recruiting people and train them about the product.
• Responsible for getting the new corporate clients for the company to achieve the given budgets.
