Designing of system like control panels, switchgear, single lines diagrams of system and follow them for installation, commissioning and testing.
Planning the workout and purchasing of required items.
Floating enquiries to supplier /Manufacturers and prepare comparison sheets.
Negotiate with suppliers on technical and commercial aspects of products.
Site Supervision, handling cabling workout, and test the system according to drawings.

Manage the day to day site operation including supervising and monitoring the labor force and work done, coordinate activities and resolves any problems if any.
Control project budget by approving expenditures by monitoring and take recommended actions.
Maintain safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules and regulations.
Prepare technical and financial feasibilities/reports/BOQ etc.
QA/QC of work, Sourcing of items and make sure of availability of items.
Make sure and check all material used and work performed according to specification.
Make extensive contact and liaising with clients and representatives, attend regular meeting to keep them inform about progress.
Make effective B2B and B2C deals.
Coordinate and report to Project Manager about any.
Any other job assigned by Project Manager.
Hands on experience with OFF Grid, ON Grid and Hybrid Systems and smart/small grids.
Familiar with Poly, Mono Crystalline, Amorphous and CPVs, Charge controllers and Inverters.
Site Visits for Pre-Project planning and evaluate the available area for mounting of panels and inverter.
Load Calculation and estimate the full load.
Design the solar system including sizing, study of roof top, inverter configuration, cable sizing, array designing and their measurements.
Estimation of Solar panels, batteries, connectors, MEP works etc.
Prepare Bill of Quantities.
Execute the system including Erection, Installation, Commissioning, Testing and Troubleshoot.
Lead the team and execute the project with in time.
Evaluate RFP, tender documents, drawings and schedules.
