Technician
Euravia is a modern, independent aviation company offering high quality, cost effective repair and overhaul services for a wide range of gas turbines - including P&WC PT6 engines, Honeywell, Hamilton Sundstrand and TRW APU's, plus various engine and airframe components and accessories.
Primary Operational Responsibilities
• Responsible for aeronautical engine maintenance, repair, overhaul, test and component rework requirements, including fully computerized dynamic balancing.
• Performing cost effective repair and overhaul services for a wide range of gas turbines - including P&WC PT6 engines, plus various engine and airframe components and accessories.
• Analysing the core reasons behind each component or accessory failure, rejection or abnormal wear event.
• Retrieving the data codifying, classifying and entering into Reliability Database for statistical and trend analysis to reduce or prevent future recurrence.
• Offering life assessment and technical validation studies, which include technical documentation and drawing reviews.
• Offering a cradle-to-grave support service covering through life support, modification and repair skims, endurance and performance testing, configuration control and whole life support.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: • Generate and follow through sales opportunities (inbound & outbound) so that personal and team targets are met.
• Support the collections team whenever required to dial outbound and receive inbound payment queries.
• Collecting and negotiating accrued payments from and with the customers. Helping them out with any debt related problems and escalating complex issues to the collections manager.

• Keep up to date with the latest products and market developments so that accurate and useful information is given to the customers.

• Arrange referrals to other departments respect of mortgage and non-investment insurance products. No advice to be given unless registered to do so.
• Maintain data / computer security at all times and handle all external communications with local and international media, governmental agencies, local opinion makers, business and other prospective partners.
