Duties:
• Develop design strategy and guideline for the project based on the owners vision and operational requirements.
• Manage the design review and in-house design process, as well as value engineering. Issue IFC/Tender packages.
• Set the budget for projects.
• Manage the procurement process by selecting system brands, conducting price negotiations with suppliers/system integrators, and ultimately awarding the project to the selected vendor.
• Plan and execute the installation, configuration, and integration of systems.
• Conduct quality assurance inspections and tests to ensure proper functionality and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including department heads, vendors, and external partners, to resolve any project-related issues.
• Utilize project management methodologies and tools to track progress, mitigate risks, and deliver successful outcomes within allocated resources.
• Lead and manage a technical team, including assigning roles and responsibilities, conducting performance evaluations, and providing guidance and support.

Duties:
• IT Operations:
• Overseeing day-to-day IT operations, including network management, system administration, and user support, to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
• Monitoring and maintaining the performance, availability, and security of the companys IT infrastructure, including servers, databases, and network devices.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
