Responsibilities:
a. Taking site survey & submit to Design Dept.
b. Undertake Construction works, landscape & Irrigation works, Artificial Grass installation & Maintenance works in site.
c. Applying gate passes for the labours, supervisor & other related transportation.
d. Responsible in checking & supervising the works, to ensure that the design & drawings properly follow.
e. Responsible in conducting the quality assurance work around to ensure the quality of work.
f. Overseeing & monitoring progress to ensure deadlines are meet.
g. Responsible in preparing the Material Request & Coordinating with procurement for the delivery of materials to site in time.
h. Responsible for the planning, management and installation of projects.
i. Maintain required project documentation, and communicate projects to installers, supervisors & other contractors.
j. Preparing reports & updates for the progress of works.
k. Collect and submit all payments to Finance for processing.
l. Liaising with any local Government agencies for the permit & approval required.
Responsibilities:

b. Communicate customer ideas through plans and designs.
c. Measure areas and charge appropriately to allocate material expenses appropriately.
d. Ensure deadlines and cost targets are meet.
e. Maintain required project documentation, and communicate projects to installers.
f. Regularly communicate with clients, contractor and staffs.
g. Conducting quality assurance work around to ensure a quality installation.
h. Train subordinates in proper work methods & oversee their work in line with project goal.
i. Chase delegated task to ensure progress to deadlines.

Responsibilities:
a. Supervise and participate in kitchen and dining area cleaning activities.
b. Resolve customer complaints regarding food service.
c. Train workers in food preparation, and in service, sanitation, and safety procedures.
d. Observe and evaluate workers and work procedures to ensure quality standards and service, and complete disciplinary write-ups.
e. Assign duties, responsibilities, and work stations to employees in accordance with work requirements.
f. Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure efficient service and conformance to standards.
g. Recommend measures for improving work procedures and worker performance to increase service quality and enhance job safety.
h. Perform personnel actions, such as hiring and firing staff, providing employee orientation and training, and conducting supervisory activities, such as creating work schedules or organizing employee time sheets.
i. Analyze operational problems, such as theft and wastage, and establish procedures to alleviate these problems.
j. Record production, operational, and personnel data on specified forms.
k. Present bills and accept payments.
l. Greet and seat guests, and present menus and wine lists.
m. Schedule parties and take reservations.
n. Evaluate new products for usefulness and suitability.
o. Compile and balance cash receipts at the end of the day or shift.

Responsibilities:
a. Lubricates equipment in accordance with established procedures and charts;
b. checks and changes oil, oil filters and air filters, fuels and services buses and other vehicles;
c. Replaces hoses, belts, water pumps, batteries and similar equipment and parts, brake pad/brake shoe.
d. Checks fan belts, hoses, wiper blades and other safety equipment; checks radiators and batteries, checks water and antifreeze levels; checks air in tires and adjusts pressure.
e. Maintains records of work performed and the need for future servicing.
f. Cleans and maintains shop facilities and equipment.
g. Troubleshoot, checking and repairing basic electrical wirings.
h. Checking under chassis and Maintain vehicle functional condition.
i. Customers in charge for recommending good auto parts.
j. Completing preventive maintenance.
k. Assists the mechanic(s) in performing moderate to complex overhaul and repair work on engines.

Planning & scheduling team members project priorities.
Responsible for measuring & pepping rooms for the installation of carpet.
Prepares exhibit samples for selection, rips up old flooring & install carpet in offices, homes & buildings.
Lay floor coverings in buildings, offices, airports, homes, restaurants & businesses.
Install carpet on floors.
Measure rooms & draw up specification for carpets
Remove & dispose of old flooring.
Accept delivered packages by comparing invoices with the delivered products to ensure correctness of the shipment.
Maintain inventory system.
Prepare & verify accurately stock records & statement.
Coordinate stock clerical activities with the management office on a daily basis.
Entertain customers accordingly with proper decorum.
Customer & Cashier in-charge.

Prepare and make the final reports in daily routine obligation & prepare daily account reports.
