1. Demonstrating working capabilities to represent the Compliance Inspection team and
managing the works within the parameters established.
2. Overseeing the performance of the inspection team in testing and inspections (testing,
final inspections, close out and handover).
3. Demonstrating knowledge in Architectural works, procedures, and standards.
4. Demonstrating experience and capability in all aspects of relevant discipline within the
construction field.
5. Handling multiple Inspections in parallel
6. Providing updates to colleagues within the team as well as management.

8. Understanding, identifying, and assessing project risk and sharing this with the wider
team to ensure works are not impacted.
9. Communicating effectively, both in verbal and written communication.
1. Coordinate and oversee all technical activities relating to architectural and engineering projects, including directing the design team, reviewing drafts and computer models, and approving design changes.
2. Communicate directly with managers, production staff, marketing personnel, and clients to discuss and organize projects from original conceptual design through construction.
3. Present design proposals and bids to clients according to prescribed deadlines, and explain relevant details, reports, expense line items, and goals in clear and persuasive language.
4. Provide consultations and spearhead negotiations with potential clients during the project development and bidding phases.
5. Assess potential projects for feasibility by researching and analyzing associated technology, design requirements, governmental regulations, and market demand.
6. Oversee recruitment efforts to staff project teams with architectural and engineering personnel as needed and provide top-level management for all design and engineering teams.
7. Remain up-to-date with current and trending elements of design, construction, and technology by reading industry publications, manuals, and textbooks and attending professional development courses and events as time permits.
8. Innovate and develop new standards, policies, and procedures for architectural design and engineering work as necessary to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
9. Compile project specifications.
10. Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations.
11. Make on site visits to check on project status and report on project.
12. Evaluating sustainability projects for Global Sustainability Assessment System(GSAS).
13. 3D Modeling and rendering for presentation.
1. Make architectural / interior design concept and design solution for every proposed project and develop conceptual drawings into legible descriptive drawings and prepare detailed drawings and layouts;
2. Check and review the technical description of the proposed site and area requirements prior to proceed with the conceptual designs and coordinate with other disciplines;
3. Handling architectural project implementation, architectural planning, designing and detailing, works on area and space planning.
4. Site Supervision and management. Monitor and coordinate the progress of the on-going project together with the contractor’s site engineers based on the approved architectural shop drawings and specifications;
5. Evaluating sustainability projects for Global Sustainability Assessment System (GSAS).
6. 3D Modeling and rendering for presentation.
7. Perform all other duties as assigned by the Department Head and President.

5. Prepare design computations, compiles data and perform elementary architectural assignments.

7. Perform technical review work as assigned, review and approve architectural material samples / mocked-up samples submitted and presented by the contractor prior to execution;
8. Check and review the technical description of the proposed site and area requirements prior to proceed with the conceptual designs and coordinate with other disciplines;
9. Prepare bill of materials / quantity takeoff / prepare architectural specification based on architectural design drawings;
10. Site Supervision and management. Monitor and coordinate the progress of the on-going project together with the contractor’s site engineers based on the approved architectural shop drawings and specifications;
11. Observe safety practices and inspect the construction of temporary and permanent works to ensure compliance with the documents and approved shop drawings and material submittals;
12. Responsible for all architectural finishes of the project;
13. Perform all other duties as assigned by the Managing Director.
