Support all GES + Invoices concerns and problem solving for any pending issues.
• Try to eliminate any work errors to deliver the best quality and outcome.
• Review all the invoices and upload them at SAP.
• Update NTP log.
• Update PAF Log for all contractors.
• Support all involved team members for any job-related matters.
• Update the weekly, accrual and expand Man-hour’s report.
Other Daily Task LUP (Land Use Permit)
• Daily update non tie in log
• Prepare weekly report
• Coordinate with Engineers
Monthly reconciliation for staff loan by SAGE and HRM System
• Review monthly payrolls for all employees
• Daily fixed the monthly deduction for staff as (Government, Elect, MOH)
• Uploading the payments by banks system
• Review and upload payments as vacation, resigning, separate (over time, bonus, tickets) by HRM system.
