- Plan, update and implement the Probation Period Evaluation Process.
- Coordinate in planning and conducting Employee Engagement and Satisfaction Survey.

documents.
4. Administering the references CVs, screening, and sorting.
5. Organizing the testing and interviewing process of applicants.
