* Project planning and coordination, Procurement Operations, Techno commercial Negotiations,
ContractAdministration, Project Scheduling, HSE Management, Cost Controlling.
* Meeting Statutory and Organizational Requirements( Client Requirements and Guidelines)
* Follow up with Purchase Department for PR, Daily Monitoring of ERP Notifications.
* End-to- End implementation of Electrical Projects, Following the HSE, WMS, and Risk Assessment
Procedures by Maintaining Regular Communications with Clients.
* Keeping Up to Date on Administrative responsibilities Such as Maintaining Client Service Logs and
internal Service Records in a Timely Manner by Maintaining the Project Reports.
* Preparation and Submission of Invoices and Ensuring the Timely Payment from Client end By taking
Follow Ups.
* Identifying and participating in Sales Opportunities such as new Contracts, Contract Renewals etc. with
the Coordination of Sales Team.
* Inventory Control According to approved Budget.

a) Preventive, Predictive, Corrective, Breakdown, Shut Down Maintenance in 1 X 270 MW Power Plant.
b) Project planning and coordination, procurement, erection & commissioning of Substation (400 KV, 132KV),
33kV, 11KV, 6.9 KV and other utilities. (
