have hand on experience in Maintenance, Troubleshooting & complete Overhauling of various rotary equipments like Heavy duty single & multi stage pumps, Fans, blowers, Compressors and gas turbine .
Attending abnormalities, rotor/shaft replacement, Bearing inspection & resetting various clearances of multi stage pump / centrifugal compressor .
To carry out day-to-day planning and execution of maintenance activities in the plant as per production requirement
To develop & adhere ISO check lists & practices for all plant activities
To carry out Targeted based preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance
Prepare field services jobs and interventions with the project managers based in the GE Oil & Gas offices.
• Assist Start-up Engineer during the commissioning phase in ensuring proper and safe operation of the machine by evaluating the running parameters and troubleshooting control systems problems as they arise
• Write accurate professional reports acting as single point of contact between Customers and GE Oil & Gas Headquarter concerning technical issues and interfacing with all involved functions.
• Use company e-tools to retrieve technical documents and management of packing list, bill of material and drawings
• Lead and execute foundation and soft foot check and adjustments, assembly/installation and alignment of equipment and independently inspection of the equipment
• Mechanical engineer LNG plant SKIKDA-ALGERIA. Assist to the shut down of the unit, maintenance of SULZER with MANTURBO and ALSTHOM, alternative compressor IHI JAPAN, KSB and GUINNARD centrifugal pumps
• Advisor in the Condition Monitoring for Rotating Equipment, using Predictive Maintenance Techniques like (Vibration Analysis, thermography, Endoscope Inspection, etc.)..
• Predictive Maintenance Specialist. Certificate in Analysis of Vibration level I
• Rotating Equipment Specialist in the Support in Dynamic Performance Evaluation and Troubleshooting
• predictive maintenance using the schenck tools and CM 400 application condition monitoring ( spectrum, vibrations analysis…etc)
• Detected malfunctioning of machines and equipments
• Performed temperature and vibration interpretations on all rotating equipments
