Working on Microsoft Dynamics ERP System, using Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012.
Work Description:
•Working as an Application and Business Consultant on Retail and Trade & Logistics modules.
•Working with the Business Units to continue the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX within Majid Al Futtaim with new companies, stores.
•Leading the new projects and CRs.
•New stores rollout.
•Enhancement and Maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics ERP System.
•Supporting the business and the support team in case of escalations.
•Working with the internal team to develop and enhance the ERP system following the Step sure methodology.
Implementing Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 ERP solution on the following modules:
•Retail management
•Procurement and sourcing management
•Inventory and warehouse management
•Sales and marketing management
•Product information management
•Master planning
•Project management
•Data import export framework
•Transportation management
•Warehouse management
•Gathering and understanding the business process requirements and mapping them into the system.
•Preparing the Gap analysis, and system design documents.
•Preparing Detailed Design Document, Functional Requirement Document, and Functional Design Document.
•Testing customizations to assure functionality, reliability, and stability.
•Analyzing, reengineering, and uploading customers’ data.
•Training customers’ users on Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012.
•GO LIVE support.
•Having the ability to suggest and design solutions by customizing the standard features or implementing new solutions. And to estimate the efforts.
•Presenting Presales demos.
•Prepare scope analysis documents.
•Using Microsoft LCS Issue search tool to find hotfixes and workarounds.
•Supporting customers and resolving issues, bugs, and suggesting the best practices to the business.
• Designing for Manufacturing.
• 3D Designing using Solidworks.
• Booking all the required materials and hardware for production (BOM).
• Providing the cutting lists, assembly forms, and drawings for production.
• Preparing DXF files for G-Coding department.
• Follow up on the production and assembly processes with production departments.
