Work and Responsibilities:
Initiating Project documentation with key project details and producing the documents that are required to
implement it successfully. It helps to plan, execute, monitor, and close your project effectively and efficiently.
Generate the Daily, Weekly and Monthly Progress Report based on the Activity on Site, documenting daily in
detail how much progress have been made towards the completion of ongoing project.
Making QA QC report to check in on the quality of the work during specific phases of a project, improve
quality control and assurances throughout the project, rather than relying on a plan made on day one.
Planning the manpower based on site Activity to help in execution Dept. to manage & execute the resources
effectively. By planning the workforce requirements in advance.
Project scheduling consists of assigning start and end dates to individual tasks and allocating appropriate
resources within an estimated budget.
Inspect the RCC structure elements like Form works, Steel Detailing and Concreting pouring, Architectural
finishing work etc.
Maintaining records of site resources, daily progress of work, inspections, construction and workshop
drawings, method statements and ITPs (Inspector Testing Plans).
Reviewing & valuating RFI (Request for Inspection) for all civil activities.
Preparation of Monthly bill for payment (invoice performer).
Reviewing & valuating the material submittals for all civil Related work.
Raise NCR for non- conformance work at site. Approve & comment on the works carried out after the
inspection.
Co-ordination with Electrical, Mechanical & HVAC Engineers before pouring of concrete or execution of
other works
Adhere to safe working methods and report to the resident engineer for any accidents on site. Reporting
and follow the task assigned by the ARE & RE and submit the daily work progress inspection report
Coordinate with the laboratory technician and arrange for sampling and testing of satisfactorily completed
work and quality assurance testing of suspect materials.
Work and Responsibilities:
Supervising and execute civil works like steel reinforcement, concrete, architectural Finishing Works.
Preparing RFI (Request for Inspection) for all civil activities.
Checking Concrete tests like slump test, Temperature test, cylinder test and Unit weight test and then allowing
concreting.
Assist in preparing QA/QC documentation.
Review and thoroughly understand design drawings and specifications.
Preparing the Daily, Weekly and Monthly Progress Report.
Incoming inspection of material delivered to site.
Review and make variation order as per change in BOQ.
Reports to Senior Engineer site related issues (Daily submittals, inspection requests, Quality Safety, Progress,
Resources, Risk, Material, and equipment’s delivered to site)
Close out of NCR’.
Preparation of Monthly bill for payment (invoice performer).
Work and Responsibilities:
Supervising and execute civil works like steel reinforcement, concrete work, Shuttering, Form works & check the
alignment for form-work with consultant. Supervising and execute civil works like Installation of Gypsum dry
wall, Glass partition, Marbles, paint & other finishing works like of Parking area like Curb stone, Interlock Ramp
preparation, Epoxy paint for floor, Parking lines, Signage, Gate barrier, Expansion joints.
Coordinating with construction engineers and PMT (Project Management Team) & Project Inspection
Department (PID) for inspection of each activity for client approval.
Assist in preparing QA/QC documentation.
Lead quality non-conformance analysis to the root cause & follow-up for completion with the team. Ensure
immediate corrective action is done and long-term solutions are put in place.
Review and thoroughly understand design drawings and specifications.
Preparing the Daily, Weekly and Monthly Progress Report.
Incoming inspection of material delivered to site.
Preparing the site snag list for subcontractor.
Work and Responsibilities:
Supervising and execute civil works like steel reinforcement, concrete work, Shuttering, Form works,
waterproofing & check the alignment for formwork with consultant.
To ensure that all civil work will be check & execute as per approved SEC/NG Design, try to solve civil activities
related issues with the support & guidance of NG/SEC Engineer.
Prepare the bar bending schedule as per the drawing.
Calculate the Civil Work Material as per the drawing.
Follow up with QA/QC ENGINEER for Civil Work Inspection.
Incoming inspection of material delivered to site.
Follow all safety procedure as per Saudi electricity.
Preparing the Daily, Weekly and Monthly Progress Report, Planning & programming the work.
Preparing the progress chart of the work, Preparation of Monthly bill for payment.
