• Plan next day's work according to priorities set by the Maintenance Manager which includes planning for item such as tools, isolations, spare parts etc.

• Conduct condition checks on running equipment according to SAP PM Plans. These condition checks include checks for leakage's, vibration, noise and temperature.

• Install replace/ repair of high pressure RO vessels membranes & ultra filtration units as well as their hydraulic test, build-up of various pneumatic, hydraulic and rotating equipments such as high pressure pumps salt water &chemical water, motors, compressor, blowers, valve & actuators

• Device plans and machine special tools to reduce MTTR (mean time to repair) and minimize manpower to perform the job.

• Manage service requisitions on SAP to manage overhauling/maintenance of all outsourced jobs.

• Update and keep records of all maintenance activities such as preventive and predictive maintenance, lubrication schedules, equipment history, machine breakdown, tagging and check listing of all equipment & machineries in order to presentation of maintenance audit.

• ManageThird Party Certification of all lifting equipments such as Fork Lift, Tower & Mobile Cranes & Chain Blocks.

• Manage all fabrication, welding & lamination jobs of PVC, UPVC, GRP&GI piping and manage installation and maintenance of scaffoldings.

• Worked on Tandem Compound Steam Turbine, 1 HP & 2 LP, 137 MW with Generator rating 138600 KW. Performed major jobs such as replacing of Last Stage blades, Fixing of new seals (Labyrinth) .
•Maintenance single stage to multi-stage pumps with the range of 1250 GPM to 64500 GPM .
Completely maintain and operate the air lift pump by using compressed air for desilting .
Maintenance of the motors of Centrifugal pumps (range of 10 HP to 900 HP)
• Performed overhauling of Turbine Lubricating Oil Separator by cleaning and inspection bowl hood, paring disc, gravity disc, top disc, bowls disc, level ring, seal ring, distributor, sludge basket, bowl spindle angle with dial gauge.Replacement of its defective parts e.g. Oil seal Rubber Seal, 'O' Ring bearing etc.Dismantling of worm wheel shaft and its gear pump.
• Dismantling / overhauling valve, filters, bearings, crank shaft, traps, inter and after cooler of Compressor Type VMD 750 (Broom Wade High Wycombe) Reciprocating Type.
• Performed overhauling Portable Compressor type Z-555 A-III (MITSUI SEIKI KOGYO)
• Worked on fan coil unit which has capacity 400 CFM,
• Performed operation and complete dismantling / overhauling/ Assembling of the water screen. Replacing of its defective parts like Sprocket, Chain, Motogear, Speed reducer. Adjusted chain Tension.

& leak fixing by plugging the tubes with brass made annealed plug.

• Performed jobs on Microprocessor control 19EF hermetic centrifugal liquid chiller with R-134-A capacity of 750 tons by filling of refrigerant R-134-A, cleaning of oil filter, refrigerant filter and checking of condenser pressure, oil pressure and cooler pressure.
• Repairing of different types of valve either motorized or manual valve such as Gate Valve, Plug Valve, Butterfly Valve, Globe Valve, Diaphragm Valve, Angle Valve, lift check valve, swing check valve with the range of ½ to 48".

• Performed alignment parallel & angular (Radial & Axial) by dial indicator in order to centralize the shafts of Driver & Driven Unit in a straight line. Performed straightness of pump shaft by using dial indicator.
• Jobs performed on water treatment plant systems such as Carbon Filter Unit, Anion Unit, Cation Unit, Mixed Bed Unit, Degas Unit, Agitator, Acid& Caustic Pump.
• Performed routine maintenance jobs at Desalination plant. The Plant achieved permeate between 50000 U.S. Gallon to 100000 U.S. Gallons per day by reverse osmosis process.
• Supervised insulation hot (steam) line, cold (chiller) line from ½ inch line to 6 inch line and its associated valves by using calcium silicate, thermo pole, glass wool and rock wool.
• Maintained Fire Water System consisting of 09 External Hydrants and 49 hose station (50 IGPM capacity / hose station) . Also worked on Deluge system for the Transformers.
