My job as Client Manage specialize in assisting investors and buyers to take appropriate decisions regarding property purchase or Lease & dealing with large group like, Meraas, Emaar, DAMAC etc.
Contact these clients through calls and email to offer them consultancy services.
Usually prepare and present business proposals to clients to convince them of their services and secure a consulting deal.In fulfilling their job description, being property consultant scout and identify investors with property consultancy needs.
Being client Manager watch out for old and new properties on the market. My responsible for putting properties up for sale usually by advertising and marketing the property on various media and advert channels.
Monitor and coordinate with outside units with regard to generation of revenue. Reconcile sales collection with system (TIIMS). Prepare ageing analysis every month in coordination with revenue officers in charge. Reconcile final bill claim with provisional sales report at the end of the year. Pass necessary journal entries & prepare cash trial and sales reconciliation statement. Ensure that necessary sales target etc. is prepared and compare with sales manager. Compile & record the revenue statement and reconcile the target with branch.
