Designing global Enablement strategy for the organization aligned with
company's business objectives, market landscape, and customer needs
• Execute the L&D plans and accountable for designing and implementing
programs that enhance the skills and knowledge.
• Training needs assessments, identifying skill gaps, and curating or creating
training content to address those gaps.
• Talent onboarding programs for various businesses based on the Skill Gaps
in various lines of business
• Cross functional collaboration with sales leaders to identify sales enablement
needs, marketing teams to develop messaging and content, and customer
success teams to ensure continuous learning throughout the customer
lifecycle.
• Managing alliance skilling needs by capacity building and capacity creation
around identified technical skills. Skill development within the organisation
on Microsoft Technologies both onshore and off shore.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), collect data, and analyze metrics
to assess the impact of enablement efforts on employee performance, sales
productivity, and customer success.
