• Identify, coordinate and participate in client relationship-building activities and meetings.
• Following up closely with the clients in order to meet their project requirements and amend the technical offers accordingly if required.
• Answer customer questions regarding products prices, technical clarifications and availability.
• Presenting customers with design calculations meeting required lux level as per the CIE standards for street lighting using DIALUX EVO.
• Optimize revenue streams by networking for additional business prospects with established clients.
• Coordinate with logistics in order to meet delivery scheduled by the client.

• Soliciting the technical specifications from lighting designers and consultants.
• Specifying the suitable lighting fixtures or alternatives to such specifications.
• Assisting sales team by giving presentations and demonstration of products for interior designers, consultants and contractors.
• Writing formal documents such as technical submittals, compliance sheets.
• Managing a group of engineers including assistant engineers for optimum performance.
• Working on different projects from Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Interior and Ministry of Labor.
• Managing a team of technical engineers to expedite the requests for quotations, submittals, compliance etc.
• Review the reasons for the successful as well as unsuccessful quotations.
• Submit quotations, outlining payment terms & delivery of details as per the company guidelines issued time to time.
• Well versed with DIALUX EVO for lux level calculations for the alternatives.

• Preparing lighting specification on the basis of project requirements.
• Assisting subordinate engineers in preparation of technical submittal of lighting system.
• Technical submittals review in compliance with Project requirements
• Providing technical clarification to Client / Consultant

Request for quotations from different suppliers.

Co-coordinating and communicating with the suppliers for technical reviews as per project specifications if any.
