* Submitting Project Charters and Business Requirement Document to management for approval and project initiation.
* Writing BRD, User Stories, creation of test cases for UAT and various project documents which helps in tracking, reporting and
closing of the projects.

* Submitting system enhancement change requirements of banking products with customer experience as the focus.

* Preparation of monthly and weekly PPT /Dashboard on the updates and reviews of the project.
* Responsible for new product launch and maintaining the related audit reports.

* Projects successfully completed CMS (PowerCard), Digital Mobile Application, Mobile Wallets (Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Fitbit
Pay, Swatch Pay & Garmin Pay), Wage Protection Syste (WPS), UAEPGS, ICCS, Issuer Fraud Monitoring System, AML System,
Whatsapp Banking and e-KYC.

Prepared business requirement pertaining to Card Operations and submitted to Project Manager for implementation of Card
Management System (CMS).
* Performed functional and regression testing for CMS Vision Plus.
* Working in project deliveries - all phases of project life cycle - planning, analysis, testing and defect management.
* Prepared test scenarios and excecuted test cases for SAFE (System to Avoid Fraud Effectively) system.
* Prepared daily & weekly reports and submitted to Project Manager on the testing progress.
* Maintaining the project on the agreed timelines and reporting hurdles to management for resolution.

Processed customer disputed in accordance with MasterCard & Visa chargeback rules.
* Responded to Visa and Mastercard Arbitration / Compliance cases in accordance with dispute rules.
* Ensured customer satisfaction maintained in the face of cardholder dispute settlements.
* Assisted with daily reconciliation and rectified any incorrect entries.
* Collaborated with business area, customer service, and settlement operations dept. to clear suspense items

Process Issuing and Acquiring Incoming and Outgoing IPM & Visa files through Edit package.
* Execute End of Batches and End of Day for Prime system (CMS).
* Executing and extracting ATM reconciliation files through batch processing.
* Perform system reconciliation and generate daily reports for management review.
Key Projects
* Card Management System (PowerCard & Vision Plus)
o Coordinating with Project Manager and Project Owner on the development of the system as per business and
operational requirement.
o Reconciliation of migrated data from old CMS system (Vision Plus) to new CMS system (HPS PowerCard).
o Testing of all card parameters and various modules of card management system
o Excecution of test cases and reporting bugs to CMS vendor.
o Test the integration of various systems with CMS (ICCS, IVR, & DDS).
* Digital Mobile Wallet iOS & Android
o Test lead to manage the project for end-to-end testing.
o Perform test on both mobile operating system iOS & Android to check the transaction flow.
o Execution of test case and reporting issues in bug tracking portal.
o Coordinating with Business, Operations, IT and vendor to get the desired result from the testing.
o Conduct daily meetings and team hurdles to remove any bottlencks.
* Mobile Wallets (Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Fitbit Pay, Swatch Pay & Garmin Pay)
o Preparation of Project Charter and BRD to implement various mobile wallets
o Coordinating with the vendor and IT to development the system as per requirement.
o Performed end-to-end testing for all the mobile wallets
o Performed Go-Live Pilot testing for all the wallets.
* Whatsapp & SMS Banking
o Testing of Whatsapp and SMS banking service for Finance House customers.
o Reporting bugs and issues to the vendor for resolution
o Conducting project meeting to meet the project timeline.
* Wage Protection System (WPS)
o Preparation of BRD to implement Wage Protection System at Finance House.
o Perform end-to-end test to check the transaction flow for any system defects.
o Track and report issues to IT and vendor for proper resolution.
* UAE Payment Gateway System (UAEPGS)
o End-to-end testing of transaction flow from Acquiring Bank to UAEPGS system through UAECB connectivity.
o Coordinating with Business, Operations, IT and vendor to get the desired result from the testing.
o Report defects to the vendor and management for defect resolution.
* AML System (EastNet)
o Testing of AML system with set of parameters build in EastNet system.
o Report bugs and defects to Compliance team and vendor for correction.
o Perform end-to-end testing of the AML system in coordination with compliance team.
