Actively support the customer/users in all aspects. Maintain accurate records and document support cases in CRM, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made and actions taken, through to the final resolution of support cases.
Prioritize and schedule support cases. Escalate cases (when required) as per escalation procedure.
Responsible and accountable for the coordinated management of multiple related projects directed toward strategic business and other organizational objectives.
