Provides consultation on the implementation of TechnoQ products (Oracle Hospitality inventory management system and Infor Financial Sun Systems) and leads the whole process of projects with installation, configuration, provide professional training to end users and ending with the life support cycle.
Actively support the customer/users in all aspects. Maintain accurate records and document support cases in CRM, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made and actions taken, through to the final resolution of support cases.
Prioritize and schedule support cases. Escalate cases (when required) as per escalation procedure.
Responsible and accountable for the coordinated management of multiple related projects directed toward strategic business and other organizational objectives.
Builds credibility, establishes rapport and maintains communication with stakeholders at multiple levels, including those external to the organization.
Defines and initiates projects and assigns resources to manage cost, schedule, and performance of component projects, while working to ensure the ultimate success and acceptance of the projects.

To ensure that all the test cases are updated in the Quality Center along with master test plan.
Involved as part of automation team using QTP and developed test scripts.
Involved in Performance testing QA using Load Runner 8.0.
Involved in Backend Database testing in Oracle using SQL.
Defects were tracked, reviewed, analyzed and compared using Quality Center.
