Working in E-Services section for various IT Projects in multiple roles as System Analyst, Project Manager, SharePoint Developer, CRM Developer and System Administrator. The Projects i am/was involved in are:
•CRM Upgrade from 4.0 to Dynamics CRM2015 (Ongoing)
•DSC Website upgrade from 2007 to SharePoint2013
•DSC Mobile Application development for IOS, Android and Blackberry on IBM Worklight 6.2.
•Integration with Dubai Smart Government services like GRP, Happiness Meter, ePay.
•DSC Website redesign and functionality enhancement based on the Dubai government guidelines.
•SharePoint/CRM Workflows for intranet portal, internet website and ServiceDesk.

• Expert in Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 for designing, implementation and development.
• Experienced in client-server and n-tier application architecture, design and implementation.
• Firm Knowledge of object oriented design and programming experience.
• Good Knowledge in performance management systems and PerformancePoint Server 2007
• Expertise in Microsoft .NET framework and ASP.NET.

o Involved in various MOSS 2007 Portal projects (from vanilla implementation to comprehensive solutions, bi-lingual implementation, migration of SPS 2003 to MOSS 2007, Internet hosted sites etc.)
o Involved in custom development using Microsoft .Net framework, C#, ASP.NET for:
o Web parts, Workflows,

o Integration layer design for legacy applications and other systems in organizations
o Managed the whole IT projects using Microsoft Solution Framework.

o Involved in Trainings/seminars/workshops for various companies in Oman.
o Migration of Lotus Notes to MOSS sites.
o Involved in providing a business intelligence platform to Telecom operator with various reports and dashboards using SQL Server 2008 database engine, analytical services and reporting services on calls related data.
•Developed E-Timesheet management system and Travel and Transport system using Ultimus BPM 7.1
•Involved in Intranet Portal solutions implementation using SharePoint 2003 in various Middle East countries.
•HelpDesk system Implementation for in house use.
•Designed and developed DeXpert Processes Management System and various custom web applications in ASP.NET and C#
Studying for MS degree with majors in Information Technology which is a Friday program. It consists of 9 courses and a thesis/research project/course work.
